1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") Dakha88 ("we", "platform") and its users ("you", "member"). By opening an account or using the Dakha88 platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Dakha88 is an international online gaming and betting platform. Our goal is to deliver the highest quality, transparent, and secure betting experience to users in Bangladesh.

Dakha88 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time for reasonable cause. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Registration

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering on Dakha88. Creating an account with false information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

What you need to register

• Active mobile number or email address
• Full legal name (as shown on your National ID)
• Date of birth (must be 18 or older)
• Strong password (at least 8 characters, including numbers and special characters)

One account policy

Each individual, household, or device may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

Verification process

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may require you to submit a copy of your National ID or passport along with a photo. Large withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3 Age & Eligibility

Dakha88 is a responsible gaming platform. The following individuals are not permitted to use Dakha88:

• Anyone under the age of 18
• Users whose accounts have been previously terminated by Dakha88
• Those enrolled in a self-exclusion program
• Employees of Dakha88 or their immediate family members

Geographical restrictions

Dakha88 cannot provide services to users in regions where online gaming is prohibited by law. It is the member's own responsibility to be aware of the laws applicable in their country.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

Dakha88 accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

Withdrawal rules

Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. Withdrawals must be made via the same payment method used for the deposit (to prevent money laundering). Minimum withdrawal is ৳300 and the daily maximum is ৳5,00,000.

Rejected Withdrawal

Dakha88 reserves the right to hold or cancel withdrawals in the following circumstances: incomplete KYC, suspicious transaction patterns, unmet bonus requirements, and evidence of multiple accounts.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Dakha88 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read before acceptance.

Wagering requirement

To withdraw your bonus balance, it must be wagered a specified number of times. For example: a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing.

Bonus Terms & Conditions

• Every bonus has a set validity period — typically between 7 and 30 days
• Some bonuses are only valid for specific games or sections
• Any unused bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry
• Multiple bonuses can be active at the same time — check the terms of each specific promotion

Bonus Abuse

Dakha88 reserves the right to detect bonus abuse (such as systematic betting solely for the purpose of withdrawing bonuses). In such cases, the bonus may be voided and related withdrawals blocked.

6 Betting Rules

To ensure a fair and enjoyable betting experience at Dakha88, all members are expected to follow a set of rules.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bets may be cancelled or reviewed under the following circumstances:

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
• If a match or event is cancelled or suspended
• If evidence of match-fixing or fraud is found
• Obvious Error Policy on Odds

Odds Changes

Dakha88 reserves the right to change odds at any time before a match begins. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that moment apply — any subsequent changes will not affect the bet.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at Dakha88 and may result in account termination and legal action:

Technical abuse

• Intentionally exploiting incorrect odds for profit (Arbing)
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform
• Using a VPN to bypass geographical restrictions

Financial fraud

• Depositing via money laundering or illegal funds
• Using stolen payment methods
• Collecting bonuses from multiple accounts
• Fraud through chargebacks or payment reversals

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Closed at User's Request

You may close your account at any time. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding active bonuses) will be available for withdrawal.

Closed at Dakha88's discretion

Dakha88 may suspend or terminate an account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms
• Registering with false information
• KYC verification failure
• Extended inactivity (12 months)
• Evidence of fraudulent activity

Inactive account policy

An account with no transactions for 12 months will be marked as inactive. A monthly inactivity fee of BDT 50 may then be deducted. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be archived.

9 Responsible Gaming

Dakha88 firmly believes that gaming is for entertainment, not addiction. We encourage our members to play responsibly and have a range of support measures in place.

Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Bet Limit: Set your own maximum stake per single bet
• Session limit: Set a daily limit on how long you play
• Cooling-Off: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself for anywhere from 6 months to permanently

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Dakha88 treats the privacy of members' personal information with the utmost importance. Information we collect:

• Registration details (name, email, phone number)
• Transaction history
• Device and browser information (for security purposes)
• Gaming activity data

11 Dispute resolution

For any disputes regarding betting results or payments, contact Dakha88 customer support first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

Complaints Process

1. Submit a complaint via live chat or email
2. Dakha88 will provide an initial response within 48 hours
3. Complex issues will be resolved within 7 business days where possible
4. If unsatisfied with the resolution, you may appeal to an international gaming authority

12 Changes to Terms

Dakha88 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time as needed. For significant changes:

• Registered email will be notified at least 7 days before any changes take effect
• A notification will be sent via the platform
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
